FUNDRAISING OPTIONS & DETAILS

Beanie World currently offers three very popular FUNdraising options:

each with 4 EASY STEPS! All explained below.

prince FULL SERVICE FUNDRAISER

  • Each order individually packed and labelled, incentive gifts in bags.
  • Bags packed into specified class groups for easy distribution.
  • Incentive gifts rewarding students who purchase THREE or more Beanie Kids in one order.
  • Optional passport or redemption stamping if applicable.

robo NO FRILLS FUNDRAISER

  • Extra profits per Beanie Kid for your school organisation.
  • You (the coordinator of fundraiser) sort out Beanie Kids for individual orders according to forms collected.
  • Incentive gifts are bulk bundled based upon overall order quantity and up to the discretion of the Fundraising Coordinator as to how these gifts are distributed to the children.

zany FETE-COMBO = FETE + FULL SERVICE OR NO FRILLS

  • Fete option provides a range of designs across 120 or 240 Beanie Kids for sale at your Fete which is further supported by a concurrent FUNdraiser (Full Service or No Frills)
  • There are specific conditions of responsibility and obligation to be met in running this type of FUNdraiser in terms of payment, freight costs and returns.
  • An agreement form must be completed before Fete stock is delivered.
  • Provided all parties involved do their job properly, this option has proven to be fantastically successful. See Programme PDF for more details.

wrig FOUR EASY STEPS FOR EACH OPTION

STEP 1:
Download, print out and fill in the Booking Form in the 2008 Programme and ensure ALL details are completed.
Fax or mail the form to us.


STEP 2:
Upon receipt of your Booking Form, Pre-FUNdraiser Excitement posters or personalised Fete posters are sent out a few weeks before your FUNdraiser commences. Get the kids excited before you start!!

FUNdraising posters with your range of 72 Beanie Kids plus student order forms are prepared and sent to you close to your starting date.


STEP 3:

You photocopy order forms and hand them out to students. At the due date, you receive payments along with completed order forms.

For ALL FUNdraising options you must check the order forms for legibility and that DIFFERENT Second Preferences have been been selected for each first choice - circumstances beyond our control mean that on occasion, designs can run out or be retired. Second preference is imperative to ensure children are not disappointed.

For Full Service Only: Check class ID is identical for each group of children, ensure legibility of child's name and Beanie Kid choice is marked clearly. Photocopy forms for your own records and send ORIGINAL forms to Beanie World by Express Post.

For No Frills Only: Using a BLANK order form, mark down the required designs according to the received orders. Total up quantities for each design, column and the grand total. Double check against order forms. Fax through to Beanie World the one sheet you have filled out. Keep your order forms on hand in case we need to call you for a Second Preference.


STEP 4:

You receive your order within a few days (between 2 - 7 business days) of Beanie World receiving your completed forms, depending on your geographic location.

A tax invoice is enclosed with the goods.

Goods are distributed by Fundraising coordinator or staff - the kids are happy, funds are raised for your school or organisation!

Once payment is received by Beanie World, Skansen Giftware is notified by us and the BONUS stock earned is shipped to your school by Skansen.
